24/7 Mental health crisis line: If you live in Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton or Wandsworth and you need mental health support in a crisis you can call this 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line. The Mental Health Crisis Line offers emotional support and advice to people who are affected by urgent mental health issues, at any time of the day or night. It is open to everyone: both children and adults of all ages, and to people who haven’t previously accessed mental health services. The team can help and direct you to the right service for your mental health.

Drop in sessions offering advice and self-help strategies for young people with anxiety, stress, depression and other common mental health illness. This is a service for young people aged 16 and over. A team of local volunteers offer a confidential ear to those seeking self-help particularly for anxiety and depression.
Wandsworth Child and Adolescent Mental Health Learning Disability Service
This service provides a comprehensive range of services for children and young people who have emotional and behavioural problems, and to their families. The service is available to children and young people up to 18 years of age who have a severe learning disability and mental health problem/s.
