The practice has installed CCTV surveillance equipment on both sites (Austin Rd and Thessaly Rd) for the purposes of prevention of crime and protection of staff.

Cameras are sited inside and outside both premises. Recorded images are stored for no longer than 30 days and are then destroyed. Images are stored in a secure area of the practice and are password protected available only to partners or managers. Images of patients within the practice premises are not disclosed without consent except in exceptional circumstances (for instance for the investigation of a crime) and in accordance with our confidentiality policy.
